INSPECTION SUCCESS

Welcome to the Promenade Dental Practice – the only NHS & Denplan Dental Practice in Mumbles.

Our ground floor base in the heart of Mumbles, right on the seafront, combines convenience and accessibility with pleasant, modern surroundings.

Following a routine inspection of Promenade Dental earlier this year by an independent inspectorate and regulator, we can announce with pride that the practice has passed.

The assessment of just how well we are doing was carried out by the Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW). It explored how we meet the standards of care as set out in the Health and Care Standards framework (April 2015) as well as other relevant legislation and guidance.

The inspection took a good look at the quality of the patient experience, our ability to deliver safe and effective care together with the quality and management of our leadership.

And we’re delighted to report that we got a big thumbs up from patients who felt the quality of care we provide is of a high standard, with our staff considered friendly and welcoming and above all, committed.
