Good oral hygiene is one of the most effective ways of preventing long-term dental problems.

It prevents tooth decay and gum disease and is instrumental in halting more serious problems which is why we recommend regular appointments with a dental hygienist.

As well as removing plaque, teeth are polished leaving them feeling smooth and clear. We can also provide you with advice on brushing and routes to improving oral care.

Prevention is better than cure and our hygienists are here to help you improve and maintain your smile.
