How quickly can I be seen for an emergency dental appointment?
We prioritise emergency cases and strive to offer same-day appointments or within 24 hours, depending on the severity of your condition. Call our office as soon as possible to schedule an urgent visit.
When should I go to A&E for a dental emergency?
You should go to the emergency room for a dental emergency if you experience severe swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding that doesn’t stop after 10-15 minutes of pressure, a jaw injury or suspected fracture, or signs of a serious infection like high fever or pus discharge. For other dental emergencies, such as severe pain or a knocked-out tooth, contact our emergency dental service first for specialised care, as ERs may not have dental specialists available.
